Mentor and Student Requirements:

Student
Requirements:
Must enter into a "good-will" contract with mentor.
Complete student mentoring application form.
Provide a letter of recommendation from Guidance Counselor or
Dean.
Provide a personal writing sample.
Attend group events.
If under 18 have a parent consent form.

Mentor
Requirements:
Work to enhance student view of the world
around them.
Meet with students every other week,
interact on secured E-mail and attend group events.
Complete mentor application, screening
and background check forms.
Be committed to the success of the student's
mentoring goals.
Attend mentor training seminars.
