What is Si, Se Puede?

Si, Se Puede is
a Mentoring Group that works to support high school and college-bound
students in their transition into college or the workplace
by providing role models from the business and education community
that can share life experiences and act as mentors in an effort
to support their goals and enhance their education and business
skills. |
How it works... |
Working
with the school personnel and the Mentoring Partnership of Long Island:
Mentors and students are matched based on information supplied
in application forms.
Students under 18 must have a signed parental form in order to
participate.
Mentors and students can communicate with each other via secured
E-mail and in person at a
designated school site.
Mentors and students will meet once every other week and communicate
via secured E-mail.
